VTCDesk

Privacy Policy

Updated 6 September 2026 · Terms of Service

VTCDesk is a management tool for virtual trucking companies in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. It handles no real money.

Short version: we store what you need to run your virtual company (telemetry of your own driving, company records) and only what you choose to make public. We do not sell data, and we do not read your driving data beyond what the panel shows.

What we collect

  • Account data — email, name/nickname, language, sign-up time.
  • Game telemetry (ETS2/ATS) from the agent you run locally: position, mileage, cargo, damage, fuel, incidents — for your own trips.
  • Company records — fleet, trips, treasury (virtual currency), payouts, incidents, applications — created by you and your drivers in the panel.
  • Optional public profiles — company page and the driver “passport” you choose to make public (opt-in).

What we don’t collect

  • No real financial details, cards or payment data (free to start, no card).
  • No third-party tracking pixels for advertising.

How we use it

To run the product: synchronise telemetry into the panel, close trips, calculate payouts in the virtual treasury, show your history and public profiles you opted into, and send service/notification emails (invites, reminders).

Public by your choice

Only what you mark public becomes visible (company recruiting page, public driver passport). Trip data, payouts and internal history stay private to your company.

Retention and deletion

You can ask to export or delete your account and related data. Contact us on the official Discord: dc.vtcdesk.com.

Where data is stored and your rights

Data is hosted in the EU. If you are in the EEA you have the usual rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us via the Discord above.

Changes

We update this page as the product grows; the date at the top always reflects the latest version.
