Terms of Service
VTCDesk is a management tool for virtual trucking companies in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) and American Truck Simulator (ATS). Everything in it — treasury, payouts, loans, the freight exchange — runs on virtual, in-game value with no real-money equivalent.
1. The service
VTCDesk provides a web panel and a telemetry agent for Windows that read game data from ETS2/ATS to record trips, damage, fuel and incidents, and to manage your virtual company’s fleet, treasury and drivers.
2. Account and acceptable use
- One person per account; do not share access in ways that break a fair game.
- Do not use the tool to cheat ETS2/ATS, break their terms, or tamper with telemetry to fake trips, payouts or reputation.
- We may suspend accounts that submit falsified telemetry or abuse other players.
3. The agent and your game
The agent only reads the game’s telemetry output while it runs. It does not modify game files or memory. Run it only on games you own. If your antivirus warns about the installer, see the download page — it is unsigned, not malicious.
4. No real money, no warranty
VTCDesk never holds or moves real money. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We may change or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss of virtual records, data or goodwill arising from use of the service.
5. Termination and deletion
You may stop using VTCDesk and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or threatens other users.

7. Changes
We may update these terms; the version date at the top is the current one. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
