Sound familiar?
Half the work in a VTC isn't driving. It's paperwork.
Screenshots on Discord
A driver posts a screenshot of the delivery summary. You copy the kilometres out of it by hand. By Monday nobody remembers whose trip it was.
The payout spreadsheet
Rate per kilometre times mileage, minus the penalty for damaged cargo. By hand, for twelve people, every week.
A company with no memory
A driver leaves and takes their whole history with them: mileage, deliveries, reputation. All that's left is an empty row.
Telemetry and fleet
The trip ends in the game. The panel closes it.
The agent runs alongside the game and logs position, mileage, cargo, damage and fuel every two seconds — in ETS2 and in ATS. Unloading closes the trip: kilometres, trailer condition, payout calculated. Damaged cargo trims the rate by the rules you set once.

Trip and convoy replay
Watch any trip again, kilometre by kilometre.
Every trip is stored from GPS, so you can replay it on a schematic or on real map tiles from the game. For a convoy you see the whole group at once: who drove where, who got lost, where the column stopped.
- Schematic map or 1:1 tiles from the game
- Replay a single trip or an entire convoy
- Incidents pinned to the exact spot on the route
Economy
You can see where the money comes from and where it goes.
Treasury
The balance in the currency you actually run the company in. Thirty-four to pick from, converted at that day's NBP reference rate.
Bank
A truck loan: amount, instalment, due date. “I'll pay you back when I earn it” has neither an instalment nor a date.
Freight exchange
Jobs go onto a board the whole fleet can see. First to take it, drives it.
Payouts
Rate per kilometre and damage deductions are settled the moment the trip closes. The driver sees the payout before they think to ask about it.
Driver passport
Reputation travels with the driver.
Every incident is stored with the place on the route where it happened: A2, km 214, speeding. The driver passport is public and shows the whole history, however many companies they have driven for. You can read it before you take someone on.
Recruiting and brand
A forum post sinks in two days. A company page stays put.
Your company gets a public page with an application form. Drop the link on Discord, a forum or TruckersMP and the applications collect in one place instead of your DMs. Point your own domain at it and the page runs under your brand.
Community
A convoy leaves behind more than screenshots.
Convoy sign-ups live in the panel. Afterwards the kilometres, deliveries and attendance land on the company board, so nobody has to count who hauled the most.
